Seven months later...Life sucks some more. Such is life.
Quit the Geek Squad because they are the scourge of the computing world. They were going to fire me because I refused to load any outbound computers with spyware, adware, trojans, or Backdoor.exploiter worms. They called it, "Failing to perform regular duties," or some such bullshit. I threw my badge at them and gave them the finger on the way out... I don't think they like me anymore...
Oh wells.
Got a job with an old friend at an R&D lab. I'm still surprised that someone actually gave me a chance. Hoping it works out...
One week later...
This place kicks ass! It's a playground for people for me. I'm like a kid in a candy store with his mom and dad's wallet. So much tech, so little time...
Five months pass...
Got promoted to IT Dept. Head and helping R&D with the coding for the new project. I love VR rooms...
Still haven't slept enough lately. I think I'm an insomniac now... but I just can't keep away from work recently... It's just too much fun...
And Yesterday...
We were told to go home early and to take a couple of days off because we've all been working ourselves silly. I guess it's for the best... I still have trouble sleeping. This sucks. At least I get to go back on Wed. Final testing phase... The moment of truth. Gotta get some sleep now... Hugs for everyone...
